"Not really sure what's in it"
I looked at the ingredients and... I just couldn’t really tell what was actually in it. That makes me a little uncomfortable, so I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"not much to choose from"
i was disappointed with the brand selection on supplements.co.nz. the main stuff i usually buy wasn’t available, and a lot of the options felt limited. i ended up leaving the site and ordering somewhere else. not really worth checking again for me

"Still Not Resolved"
I had an issue with my order and expected support to be a bit more helpful. Instead, the replies were slow and I had to keep following up just to get anywhere. I thought it would be a simple fix, but the problem still isn’t sorted. Frustrating overall.

The delivery was disappointing. They said it would arrive on time and that I’d get updates, but neither of those things really happened. It showed up late, and once again I was left guessing with no communication. Feels like they keep making promises they don’t actually stick to.

I don’t know… something about this just felt a little off to me. The label didn’t look quite right, and that made me question whether it was the real stuff. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but yeah, I probably wouldn’t buy it again

"Product details didn’t match what I received"
I ordered from supplements.co.nz after checking the product page, but when it arrived, the serving details on the label were different from what was listed online. That was frustrating because I chose it based on that info. Shipping was fine, but I really don’t want to have to double-check everything after I’ve already bought it. When I raised it, the response felt like one of those canned apologies, which didn’t help much. Not a terrible experience, but they really need to keep their product pages accurate.

"Prices still feel a bit hard to justify"
I’ve ordered from Supplements a couple of times now, and to be fair, everything turned up fine and there weren’t any major issues with delivery.
The main thing for me is the pricing. Once shipping gets added, it starts to feel expensive compared with a few other places I’ve looked at. Some of the specials are alright, but the regular prices didn’t really feel that competitive.

I also would’ve appreciated clearer instructions or info around the order process and costs upfront, just so I knew exactly what to expect. Overall it’s not a terrible experience, but the value for money was a bit disappointing for me.

"They sent me the wrong supplement"
My order come quick, so that part was fine, but one of the supplements wasn’t the one I picked. I had to email them about it and then wait around for a reply, which was kind of annoying.

"Promo terms changed and it was frustrating"
I placed my order because there was a promo advertised, but when I got to checkout, the discount didn’t apply the way I expected. It felt like the terms had changed or there were extra conditions I didn’t notice until the last minute, which was annoying. I reached out to support and they did reply, but it took a while and the answer wasn’t all that helpful. The prices are decent overall, but it’s frustrating when the deals look better upfront than what you actually end up getting.

"It showed up eventually, but the process wasn’t great"
In the end, the order did arrive and the product itself was fine. But getting there was frustrating. The tracking hardly updated, so I had no real idea where the package was, and I ended up having to contact them for updates. When they did reply, it took longer than I expected and the answers weren’t very useful. Nothing terrible happened, but the overall buying experience wasn’t great

"The refund saga was ridiculous"
I sent my order back and then had to practically hunt down my refund forever. It turned into this whole dramatic ordeal over something that should’ve been simple. i won’t be ordering from supplements.co.nz again.

"Didn’t really notice much personally"
I bought this from supplements.co.nz hoping it would give me a bit more energy and help with recovery, but to be honest, I didn’t really feel much of a difference after using it for a few weeks.
The delivery was fine and the product itself looked all good, so I can’t really complain about that side of things. For me, though, the actual results were underwhelming.
I’m sure it might work better for someone else, but based on my own experience and the price, I was expecting more. I don’t think I’d personally buy this one again

I ordered this from Supplements and, i didn’t really enjoy it. The flavour was rough to me, though maybe I’m just picky. It also clumped up even when I used a shaker, so I kept having to add more water to get it down. It’s not the worst thing ever, but I don’t think I’d buy it again

"Stuff always seems to be out of stock"
I’ve tried ordering from supplements.co.nz a few times now, the things I’m after are pretty much always out of stock. Even fairly basic products seem to sit there unavailable for ages, or at least it feels that way.
It gets a bit frustrating when you check back later and it’s still the same situation. I ended up just buying from another site in the end. Not really worth the hassle if they can’t keep things in stock.

"Payment options were frustrating"
I tried placing an order but the payment choices were kind of a hassle. They didn’t support the way I usually pay, so I ended up just leaving the site. It feels like checking out online should be way easier by now, and it definitely made me not want to buy from them

"Packaging could’ve been better"
My order showed up on time, so no issue there, but the packaging wasn’t great. The box was crushed, and one of the tub lids was loose when I opened it. Thankfully nothing spilled, but you’d think supplements would be packed a little more securely. Just seems like common sense to use sturdier packaging for something like this

"Ordering on the site was honestly frustrating"
I tried placing an order on my phone, but the website was just really clunky. Pages took forever to load, the filters weren’t working the way I expected, and checkout felt more confusing than it needed to be. It’s not even about that one small issue or anything, the whole process just felt annoying from start to finish. I ended up giving up after a while. Not a great shopping experience, honestly.

"I was just trying to order..."
I was just trying to order a few things, but the checkout process ended up taking longer than I expected. The page was loading really slowly, and at one point I had to enter my details again, which was annoying. My payment did go through eventually, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely didn’t feel as smooth as it should have. To me, it seemed like the site just wasn’t working as well as it should during checkout.
